PAKU indexing gears for versatile applications

MIKSCH PAKU indexing gear are mechanical indexing gears with a complementary disk cam as the drive element. The gears are backlash-free and self-locking when in the rest.
PAKU indexing gears are available in four sizes with station numbers between 1 and 8. Various combinations of indexing/detent angles enable appropriate indexing/detent time ratios for continuous operation. However, the most common application is intermittent operation with constant indexing and variable detent times. PAKU indexing gears are supplied lubricated for life and therefore require minimal maintenance. The gears are also available as a kit, consisting of an input shaft with a cam set and an output shaft with a roller star.
Typical applications include assembly machines, packaging machines and the drive of linear conveyors.
